Lake Tahoe for a Day...

Our destination in Northern California was Orangevale, to stay with my best friend Caitlin, and her family. However, she could not get out of work until 4pm, so we decided to take that opportunity to see Lake Tahoe, also on our route, and only an hour and a half from Caitlin. We parked, and walked a portion of North Lake Tahoe, gawking at the lake, which was increible. Temps were in the upper 60's, and there were no crowds, we had such a peaceful afternoon!

We dined at Rosies. Yummy Turkey Burger with avocado. A view of the lake behind us. Home sweet home!

On our way out of Tahoe we stopped at Emerald Bay and took in the view. Amazing.
