Is that 3 year old on a cell phone?

Imagine driving past a car and seeing this:




I don't know what is funnier, him so serious, or him laughing like it's entirely natural that he be talking on the phone in the backseat of the car.
I was talking to Grandma on the phone and Ben asked if he could say hi. They ended up chatting awhile, and it occured to me how funny he looked talking on a cell phone.
This is not my phone, but Theo's, as mone has one again perished.
