Fireflies!

Despite the mosquito population being overwhelming to say the least, we had to venture out and play with the fireflies. We put on the bug spray and head out one cooler evening while Grandma was visiting. Hunter was really into it. He LOVES bugs! I don't know if he had any memory of bugs that glow. You can see he was overly excited to chase these things down.

Grandma was actually cold on an evening in July. Craziness.

There was actually a little bit of teamwork from the boys.


They are using the bug houses grandma painted for them years ago.

In the end we released the bugs and piled into the house.
