Winter Storm Warning

Just FYI: we are very much in the middle of this winter storm you may be hearing about on the news, etc.. We have had about 13-15 inches plus snow fall so far, and it is still pouring down. Hard to tell exactly how much we have b/c there are 40 mile-an-hour winds, but the weather center says a town 10 miles north of us has 13.1 inches, so I know we are close to that or higher. Theo left work just after 1pm, and it's taking him a long, long time to get home. I just talked to him and they were parked on the i-90 for a bit, and people were getting out of their cars and wiping their windshields from the collecting snow. Crazy, huh? He's moving again now, but only going 25 MPH. Here at home we have plenty of food and such, so we're doing fine & won't have to go anywhere tonight. I'll feel better once Theo's home, soon. If you want to know more about our storm you can go to this link below. And, of course, I'll have pictures to post later on. Brrr... so this is what a blizzard is like? Welcome to Wisconsin, California girl!

Jamie, I am glad to hear that I am not the only one being snowed in. Stay safe and warm.
