Hunter's Second Birthday!

Of course, we had to have a Barney theme for Hunter's birthday. My mom ordered a Barney cake topper, hats, and blow toys from a great website, Tys Toybox. Between grandma, and us we ordered Hunter some Barney shoes, books, coloring book, a singing Baby Bop, a ball, and several movies. The main present for Hunter's birthday is a life-size clubhouse with working windows and a dutch door... I plan on making it into they hunting lodge style clubhouse. We piled all his gift money together and bought the house last weekend. With our fence building, and rainy weather, plus Theo's finals, we have not had time to build the house yet, but we expect to have it by the end of this week. Pics to come, of course.

I found the Barney purple wrapping paper & green bows at Target. The cake is Red Velvet with Cake Batter ice cream from Coldstone Creamery. I never buy cakes, but I had to give this one a try. It was YUM! Perfect for Hunter b/c he loves ice cream.

Hunter loves these blow things. Good thing we didn't have a party, he went through half the pack himself goobering them up with his slobber.

Ben sports the hat!

So does Hunter...

And these two crazies:

Here's where Hunter spots the cake and begins to freak out. LOL.

Not that he needed any help...

Hunter bounces on the Barney Bouncing Ball.

His barney card from Grandma, with Pooh stickers (as you can see, he's saying 'Pooh!")

Earlier in the day, Hunter ran about outside watching Dad and Chief building the fence.

Perhaps my favorite part of Hunter's birthday? His saying, "Two" and doing this:

Have a great day everyone!
